This blister prevention stick works well and I havent had any blisters so far! It works like a little tube of deodorant or lip balm. Very easy to apply and control how much goes on. I got the larger size and it will last a LONG time, making it a good value. I would order again when needed.
This blister stick is very easy to apply and not too soft. It does add a protective layer to the foot, but can also be used for reducing friction in between the thighs. This is a cute little travel size container so you can take it with you in your bag and it’s great for hiking
If you do a lot of walking or rucking, you know that blisters are killers. 55 Miles is a heavy cream that stays where you put it, and in conjunction with good wool socks, will help eliminate blisters before they start.
